This years conference will focus on the problems that develop through "cultural insensitivity". The goal of this years conference is to gather experts in these matters to help us do a better job around the world.
Guest speakers this year include: Jeff Fadness, Derek Neider, Don McClure, Bill Welsh, Rick Nerud, John Michaels, and many exciting new workshops focusing on cultural issues have been added to this years program.
This years "Dinner Around the World" will offer food from 22 different countries. This event is always a conference highlight.
